• Perishable Items: We do not accept returns on perishable food items unless there is a quality issue.
• Non-perishable Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of purchase.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for refunds.

2. Refund Process

3. Exchanges

For issues with incorrect or damaged products, contact us to arrange an exchange.
